She was born October 20, 1937 in Conway, Arkansas. Susan enjoyed traveling, reading, sewing, quilting and volunteering at Meals on Wheels.

Survivors include husband of 33 years,George; brother Michael Parrack; daughter-in-law, Mai Eatherton and grand-children; Jade and Lewie Eatherton. She was preceded in death by her parents; Myron and Margaret Folts; and son Lewis H. Eatherton IV. There will not be a funeral or memorial service.
