Susan Gertrude Evans, 83, of Bear Creek Township, PA, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019, at the Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dallas. Sue was born on March 15, 1935 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The daughter of the late George and Henrietta (Kellar) Zimmerman.

She attended E L Meyers High School. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, William Evans, an infant son, Brothers George and Jerry Zimmerman, granddaughter Eleana Evans, sister in law Elizabeth Johnson and her husband George, sister in law Margaret Flynn and her husband William; son in law, Michael Kuchta, nephews George Zimmerman and William Flynn and niece Debbora Pascavage. Susan is survived by son, William and his wife, Joann, Elmira, NY; son, Larry and his wife, Denise, Hunlock Creek; daughter, Sue A. Kuchta, Beckley, WV; son, Stephen Evans, Bear Creek Twp.
