Susie F. Rachau, 83, of Watsontown, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 at Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center where she had been residing since April 2018. Born January 13, 1936 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Rebecca (Huff) Webb. On August 16, 1961 she married Larry L. Rachau and they celebrated 45 years of marriage until his death March 15, 2007.

She had worked at the former GTE Sylvania in Muncy and Williamsport earlier in life and enjoyed puzzle books and sewing. She was a member of God’s Missionary Church, New Columbia. Surviving is a son, Jeffrey S. Rachau of Watsontown; a brother, Arthur Webb, Jr. of Milton; three sisters: Florence Zaczek and her husband Ted in Florida; Linda Beachel and her husband David, and Becky Koch and her husband Donald, all of Danville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death besides her husband and parents was a sister, Mary Ranck. Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 8 PM Sunday at Brooks Funeral Home and Cremation Svc, PC, 124 Main Street, Watsontown where the funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Monday with the Rev. James Ritter of Watsontown Baptist Church and the Rev.

Harry Plank, former pastor of God’s Missionary Church, co-officiating. Burial will follow in Watsontown Cemetery. www.
