Obituary for Sylvia L. Kelly Sylvia L. Kelly, 94 year old resident for Siloam Springs, Arkansas, died April 23, 2018, at Northwest Medical, Bentonville, Arkansas. Born January 19, 1924, in Cedar Hill, Texas, she was the daughter of Regia Brantley Bell and Ruby Ellen Grounds. Sylvia married John Kelly June 13, 1947, in Houston, Texas.

She was a member of the Eastgate Church of Christ and was an Executive Assistant at Pipelife Jetstream, Inc. for 33 years. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband John and son Steve Kelly. Survivors include son Ken Kelly of Garfield, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Mandy Musick and Monica Morgan both of Bentonville, Arkansas; and 5 great grandchildren.
