Obituary for Tatsianna “Tatsy” Adkins 1934 – 2018 Tatsianna “Tatsy” Adkins, 84, passed away Saturday October 20, 2018 at Scioto Community. She was born to the late Steve and Julia (Laws) Nomic in Edwight, WV on February 24, 1934. Tatsy was a devoted member of the Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses, a homemaker and a caring mother to 3 sons.

She loved animals, her flower gardens, and hosting friends and family. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Otto Adkins Jr., sons Ron, Dennis, and Steve Adkins, and 8 siblings. She is survived by her grandchildren, Tiffany (Jay) Welbourn, Ron Adkins, Steve (Eilene) Adkins; siblings, Joyce Rodgers, Steve (Linda) Nomic, Jenny McCandlish, and Nicholas Nomic; daughter-in-law, Gretchen Adkins; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
