Obituary for Teresa M. Eberharter Print Teresa M. Eberharter, 63, of Cheyenne passed away January 21, 2019 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1955 in York, PA to William and Annabelle Potter (Alloway). She married Michael Eberharter on December 20, 1992 in Tokyo, Japan.

She was a housing inspector for the Cheyenne Housing Authority, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Michael Eberharter of Cheyenne; son, Chris Potter of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Bryce Potter, Jalynn Potter, Arieana Nace and Alexis Potter; mother, Annabelle Alloway of York, PA; siblings, Jean Gembe and Mike Alloway of York, PA. She was preceded in death by her father, William Potter; daughter, Jennifer Harris; and siblings, William J. Potter and Patricia Potter.
