Thaddeus’ Obituary Ted Kurdupski, 95, of Hermitage, died at 6:15 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2019, at home after a brief illness. On June 28, 1932, he was born in New Castle to the late Joseph and Frances Kurdupski. Ted earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and was a mechanical engineer for more than 30 years at U.S. Steel.

He also was a U.S. Army veteran. His hobbies were golfing and fishing. Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Whelihan and her husband Brian of Houston, Texas, and Laura Anderson and her husband Eric of Peoria, Ariz.

; two sons, Greg Kurdupski of Hermitage and Dave Kurdupski and his wife Tammy of Vidor, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Kurdupski was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dorothy J. Kurdupski, whom he married Sept. 6, 1948, who passed away Aug.

26, 2011; and his sisters and brothers. KURDUPSKI Ted, 95, of Hermitage. Services: Private, at Ted’s request.
