Thelma H. Hague, 82, of 388 Pine Mountain Road, Lock Haven, PA passed away peacefully at her home on December 31, 2018. Thelma was born March 19, 1936 in Avis and was the daughter of Clifford and Helen Worthington Quiggle. She was raised in Avis by her grandmother, Helen Quiggle.

Thelma was married to Alton Leitch who preceded her in death and was also preceded in death by her second husband, Earl C. Hague Sr. Thelma attended Lock Haven Schools and had worked for a number of years for Montgomery Wards in Lock Haven in the appliance department. From 1972 until her retirement in June of 2005 she had worked as a cafeteria manager for the Keystone Central School District. After her retirement, she devoted her time to the Salvation Army’s More Than Bread program where she cooked, served and helped those less fortunate and in need.

She was an active member of the Salvation Army Church in Lock Haven. Survivors include her mother, Helen Worthington of California; two sons, David W. Leitch of Lock Haven and Richard (Tracy) Leitch Sr., of Lock Haven and her beloved cat, Spook. A son in law, Joseph A. Baney of Lock Haven and a daughter in law, Jean Leitch of Lock Haven.

9 Grandchildren and 22 Great grandchildren along with two half brothers, Richard Quiggle of Jersey Shore and Norman Worthington of California Thelma was preceded in death by her daughter, Twila J. Baney who passed on March 15, 2012 and by her son, Thomas Leitch who passed away on January 22, 2017. Also by her brother, Clifford Quiggle Jr. Private memorial Services for Thelma H. Hague will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11:00 am at the Lock Haven Salvation Army, 119 W. Church Street, Lock Haven. Officiating will be Captain Dan Johnson.

Memorials may be made to the Lock Haven Salvation Army or the Clinton County SPCA. The Yost-Gedon Funeral Home and Cremations Services LLC. , 121 West Main Street, Lock Haven, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
