Services for Thelma Agnes Price Snelgrove, 104, will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Union Lutheran Church with the Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel. Memorials may be made to Union Lutheran Church, 4077 Hwy 378, Leesville, SC 29070 or Agape Hospice House 128 Library Hill Lane Lexington, SC 29072. Mrs. Snelgrove passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

Born in Saluda County on July 13, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Carl Wesley and Irene Winifred Crout Price. She was a member of Union Lutheran Church where she was a former Sunday School Teacher, a life member of the WELCA, and a homemaker. Mrs. Snelgrove enjoyed working in her garden and flower gardens and was well known in the community for her beautiful flowers.

Surviving are sons, Larris (Geralyn), Derrill (Nelda), and Doyle (Lynn) Snelgrove; daughters, Muriel Faye (Tony) Mitchum and Lynette (Rev. Mark) Smith; sisters, Lois and Merlene Price; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Grady E. Snelgrove, son, Morris Snelgrove, sisters, Ruby Gilreath, Valera Patterson and Bonnelle Gardner; brothers, Cyrus, Harold and Glenn Price.
