Thomas Kimbriel Sr., 67, of Judsonia, went to be with the Lord September 28, 2018 at Unity Health in Searcy. He was born May 22, 1951 at Indianola, Mississippi to the late Robert and Eldeane Skelton Kimbriel. Mr. Kimbriel was a loving father and husband who never met a stranger and loved to joke with people.

He was an ordained Baptist minister for over 24 years, most recently serving as a deacon for Gateway Baptist Church in Providence. He married Geneva Thaggard Kimbriel October 5, 1974 at Greenville, Mississippi; she survives, He is also survived by a son, Thomas Kimbriel Jr. (Joei) of Beebe, daughter, Stephanie Whitener of Judsonia; grandchildren, Tailor, Dylan, James, and Jaydan; three brothers, Robert Dean Kimbriel of Judsonia, Johnny Kimbriel (Lanell) of Judsonia, John Robert Kimbriel (Dana) of Pangburn and one sister, Janice Pearl Luttrell (Andy) of Kensett; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will begin 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Gateway Baptist Church in Providence with funeral services beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Searcy.
