OBITUARY Thomas Gene Kulisek January 27, 1945 – January 14, 2019 Graveside service with Military Honors for Thomas “Tom” Gene Kulisek, 73, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 21, 2019 in Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, is assisting the family.

Tom passed away Monday, January 14, 2019. Born in St. Paul, MN, he was the only son of Marlys Maureen Phillips Harris and the late James Kulisek. He was the husband of Pamela Bowen Kulisek.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother; are his daughter, Lindsay (Darren) Petek; and son, Ryan Kulisek. He is also survived by his grandson, Ethan Kulisek.
