Thomas J. Matias, 68, of Johnson City passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Rosemary; mother of his daughter, Donna Greene Matias; siblings, Patrick, Michael, Jerome, Colleen and Sean; and brother-in-law, William Clifford. He is survived by his loving family; daughter, Casey; fiancée, Pamela Estelle; step son, Jeff Bozon; siblings, Maureen Clifford, Mary (Larry) Matruski, Kevin Matias, Sheila (Gordy) Rigo, Joseph (Darlene) Matias, Neil (Cathy) Matias; sister-in-law, Kathy Matias Carmen; family friends, Joyce Fiske and Irene Sweeney; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Thomas served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the Johnson City and Binghamton Eagles and the VFW Post 1305. A Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 9:30AM at St. James Church, 131 Main Street, Johnson City with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
