OBITUARY Thomas Jerry Messelian May 25, 1957 – October 2, 2018 Thomas Jerry Messelian entered into eternal rest on Tuesday October 2, 2018 at 5:25am. He is the beloved husband of Cynthia Messelian, cherished father and stepfather of Sereena Messelian, Shana Roberts, Ariana Messelian (Adam), Linest Parfait III (Shawn), John Parfait (Ellen) & Cyndi Parfait (Stephen); devoted grandfather of 16 grandchildren, Dylana, John Jr., Linest IV, Jacob, Kailyn, Michael, Dorian, Zachary, Jonathan, Dante, Stephen Jr., Eve, Alyssa, Lorelei, Samara & Satine. Thomas also leaves behind brothers in law and sisters in law, nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.

Brothers in Christ include Irby, Shane, Shan, Craig, Bert Lemoine, Wade, Nordy Straughn, Jim Bovard, Pastor Palmer, Ron, Brian, Joe, Roger and Nick. Family and friends are invited to attend services being held at WESTSIDE LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME located at 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero. A funeral service will be held on Saturday October 6, 2018 at 1:00pm.

Visitation will be from 9:00am-1:00pm. Cremation will follow funeral services. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
