Thomas Tip Hall, Jr., 64 of Elkton, MD, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 in Elkton, MD. Born in Havre De Grace, MD, on April 27, 1954, he was the son of the late Thomas Tip and Alfrenda (Walls) Hall, Sr Mr. Tom was the owner and operator of his own lawn care service.

He was a gifted builder, specializing in concrete, houses and bridges. As a foreman for M.A. Bongiovanni, Inc. in Syracuse, New York, he helped build many wastewater treatment plants in the surrounding areas. He is survived by his wife: Rita Faye (Martin) Hall; two sons: Thomas T. Hall III of North East, MD and Steven L. Hall of Elkton, MD; sister: Ginger C. Northrupt of VA; niece: Michelle Walters and nephew: Jonathon Northrupt.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with the funeral service following at 11:00 am. Interment will be Thursday, July 5, 2018 in Gilpin Manor Memorial Park, Elkton.
