Obituary for Thomas Donnelly Thomas Donnelly, formerly of Richmond, VA, died peacefully in his sleep of natural causes on September 15, 2018. Son of Thomas & Catherine Fitzpatrick Donnelly. Born on March 30, 1931 in Liverpool England, he served in the Royal Navy, attended technical college and emigrated to Baltimore in 1960 with his former wife, Joyce Costain Donnelly (deceased) and 4 children.

Mr. Donnelly moved to Richmond, VA in 1970 where he owned a construction business & was an active member of Unity Church, and several spiritual & community organizations. Father of Sharon Wright, Stephen Donnelly, Jacqueline Hyder & the late Michael Donnelly; grandfather of Nicholas Page, Justin Wright, Katherine Donnelly, Sharon & Daniel Hyder; great-grandfather of Alex, Jonathan, Nathan, & Sarah Hyder. Family will receive friends on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 1-3 pm at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Rd (at Franklin Blvd).
