Tim was born on November 22, 1963 in Rockville Centre, New York to Rita (Walsh) Boesch and the late Harry Boesch, Jr. Tim grew up in Ridgefield, Connecticut, graduating from Ridgefield High School. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed baseball, fishing, skiing, and driving his MGB.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial design from Auburn University and went on to work as a product designer with McCaulay-Lackey in Atlanta, Georgia. He later worked with Brownlie Design in Skaneateles, New York. From there, Tim took a job in Providence, Rhode Island as a senior designer with Playskool, a division of Hasbro, Inc. In 1992, Tim ventured out on his own, founding Boesch Design, where he continued to design toys, as well as lamps for Stiffel.

Tim’s mind was always at work, whether he was renovating the different homes where he lived or coming up with new product designs. Ever the talented craftsman, he was brilliant at finding functional and aesthetic solutions. Tim moved to Meeker in 1993, and in 2005 began designing and building homes, a life-long dream of his.

Tim lived in Meeker from 1993 to 2014. He was a substitute teacher, coached T-ball, and served on the board of the Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District. He enjoyed spending time with his sons, woodworking, cooking, skiing, following Formula One racing, and having a canine companion by his side.

Tim is survived by his three sons, Nate, of San Francisco; Seth, of Denver; and Jake, of Philadelphia; mother, Rita (Walsh) of Kittery, Maine; brother, Chris, and his wife, Shelly, of Eliot, Maine; sisters Amy (lovingly nicknamed “Bird” by Tim) and Melissa, of Kittery, Maine; two nieces, Shawna and Karissa; and his dog, Apple. A Memorial Service to celebrate Tim’s life will be held at a later date in Maine. Memorial donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Larimer Humane Society.
