to Victor R. and Donna (Smith) See. He married on Oct. 15, 1988 in the Talma United Methodist Church to Janet McKinney, she survives.

He worked in maintenance and water and sewage treatment. He graduated from Caston High School in 1975. He collected coins and comic books.
