Obituary for Tom E. Brock, Jr. FORT WORTH – Tom E. Brock, so loved by his family and friends, passed away Saturday Sept. 29, 2018. Tom was born in Fort Worth, Texas on July 27, 1950, to Tom and Dorothy Brock.

Tom married his high school sweetheart Becky who passed away in 2007. Tom graduated from Arlington Heights High School in 1968. He went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

After receiving his degree, he became a successful banker in the Fort Worth area serving the community for over 40 years. He most recently worked at Simmons Bank formerly Southwest Bank. One of Tom’s favorite hobbies was genealogy and learning about the history of the Brock name.

Survivors: Sister, Barbara; three children, Gary, Brian and John; five grandchildren, Ethan, Eric, Evan, TJ and Hailey. Tom was a very kind and generous man with a great compassion for helping others, he will be sorely missed by his family, friends and others in the community.
