Toni “Tee Tee” Marie Bailey was born to Robin Roberts and Alton Bailey on June 19, 1984 in Cleveland,Ohio. Toni attended Eastwood Elementary in Warrensville Heights, OH for kindergarten through second grade. She then attended Robert Fulton elementary in Cleveland, Oh for Third and Fourth Grade.

Her family relocated to Shaker Heights, OH where she was enrolled in Shaker Heights schools from 5th through 10th grade. Toni would finish off her last two years of high school at John F Kennedy where she was accepted in the National Honor Society Toni received her High School Diploma in June of 2002. She was known for her sassy tones, zero tolerance attitude and yet caring heart “Just a sensitive gangsta”.

Even though she was not the oldest sibling she often bullied both of her siblings as if she was. She went by many nicknames, Mean Girl or Evileen because of her zero tolerance attitude by her siblings, Tar Baby or Roasted Peanut because of her summer tans by her mom and bonus dad, but mostly just Tee or TeeTee to family and friends. Toni became a Certified Pharmacy Technician directly after high school.

In 2007 she started working at Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a Pharmacy Tech. Years later she took another position with in CCF as a Patient Services Specialist. Toni also worked at University Hospital Part-Time since 2014.

She worked both jobs until the time of her death on March 23, 2019, when she past away suddenly and peacefully in her sleep. Toni leaves to cherish her memories loving parents Robin (Regan Sr.) Roberts and Alton (Desiree) Bailey, one sister Bianca Bailey. One Brother Regan Roberts Jr., one Nephew/Son Bryce Benton, Two Bonus sister Cachet Johnson and Chaira Williams, one Grandmother Rose Lee Bailey, two grandparents that proceeded her in death Robert Sr and Mable Smith, Best Friend Emmanuel “Jimmy Lewis”, two extra special best friend Boobie “LaQuisha Rucker” and Mel “Melvin Wallace” and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
