Traci (Lipps) Armstrong, age 46, of Conneaut, daughter of Cecelia A. and Ronald W. Lipps Sr. passed away on April 16, 2018. She had been a production operator at Crawford Container for a number of years, and as the family needs necessitated, became the primary caregiver for her husband Donald. She is survived by sons, Billy J. and Tyler D. Kirk; daughter Jacqueline R.; father, Ronald W. Lipps, Sr.; sister, Danielle L. Lipps; brother, Bill Lipps; and grandsons Cole and Dakota Wick.

Traci was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Armstrong; son, Ryan T. Kirk; mother, Cecelia A. Lipps; and sister, Jacqueline A. Lipps. Calling hours are from Noon to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Raisian Family Funeral Home, 581 Harbor St., Conneaut. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Kelloggsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Raisian Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
