She will be dearly missed. Tracy is survived by her husband of 18 years Robert O’Neal; 3 children; 3 grandchildren; and 4 sisters. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, January 25, 2019, at 3:00p.m. in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre haute, Indiana, 47804.
