Troy Wayne Weaver September 19, 1967 – January 21, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Funeral services for Troy Wayne Weaver, 51, of Zavalla will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Shawnee Church of Jesus Christ with Brother Cary Modisett officiating. Interment will follow in the McNiel Cemetery. Mr. Weaver was born September 19, 1967 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Billie Deen (Gill) and Mack Wayne Weaver, and died Monday, January 21, 2019 in a local hospital.

Mr. Weaver had resided in Zavalla most of his life. He had been a welder with the Pipeliners Local Union 798 for 36 years. He loved hunting and fishing and was a member of the Saron Hunting Club.

Mr. Weaver was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Marlena (Henry) Weaver of Zavalla; sons and daughter-in-law, Mack Weaver and Chelsey Taylor and Dalton and Caitlyn Weaver of Zavalla; daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Justin Grimes of Zavalla; stepson, Tatum Ingram of Tennessee Colony; stepdaughter, Reagon Ingram of Blackfoot; grandchildren, Kamryn Grimes, Korey Grimes, Garon Wayne “Cow Lick” Grimes, April Womack, Bailey Womack, Hadlee Weaver, and Levi Weaver; sisters and brothers-in-law, Renee and Jimmy McBride of Fredericksburg and Stephanie and Ronald Lott of Nacogdoches; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael “Buddy” and Susie Dixon San Augustine and John Charles and Barbara White of Hudson; uncle and aunt, Elwood and Taffie Weaver of Lufkin; special friends, Milton and Teresa Grimes, Bobby Dykes, and Buster and Mimi, all of Zavalla; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Adrian Windham, Chris Reppond, T.J. Stanley, Shane “Gooby” Scarborough, William Cooper, Lawrence Scarborough, Johnny Frank West, Koty Russell, and Carty Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Paw Paw Don Hawkins, Kirk Kirkland, Carrol Morris, Bobby Dykes, John Charles White, Lloyd “Rooster” Havard, Ricky Marshall, Ricky Allen, Uncle Buddy Windsor, Jr. Grimes, Keith Harris, Kellon Harris, and friends of the Pipeliners Local Union 798. He would love for his family and friends to visit him one last time at his home at 4877 FM 1270, Zavalla, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening.
