Carolyn Honeycutt Higdem, 77, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Albemarle. Mrs. Higdem was born February 11, 1941 in Stanly County to the late Robert Millard Honeycutt and the late Hettie Victoria Honeycutt. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Sullivan, and a brother, Robert Paul Honeycutt.

The memorial service will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle officiated by Rev. Kinney Wallace. Burial will follow at the Hudson Cemetery at Swaringen Rd, Norwood.

Survivors include husband, Allyn Paul Higdem of Albemarle; son, Bobby Samuel Ginn, Jr. of Laurens, SC; granddaughter, Maria Ginn of Rockwell; sister, Shirley Warner of Fallon, NV; brother, Jerry Honeycutt of Modesto, CA.
