Vera’s Obituary Funeral for Vera E. Carter, 81 of Decatur will be on Friday March 22, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Anthony Simmons officiating. The family will have a visitation from 9:30 until service time at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Decatur city cemetery.

Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by a son David Berry Hill and husband Julian Clarence Carter. She is survived by a daughter Martha Sue Smith, sons Charles Wayne Tunstill and Michael Shane Hill, brother Edward Tunstill. sister Cleo Tunstill Rodgers.

Grand children Brandon Smith, Justin Smith, April Mason. great grandchildren Dustin Smith, Courtney Mason, James Mason III. great great grandson James Mathew Smith.
