Obituary Vernon Lee Freshwater, 59 of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at the Heinz VA Hospital in Aspinwall, PA. Born on April 14, 1959 in Warren, OH a son of the late Richard Freshwater and Kathryn “Kay” (Cusick) VanCamp. Vernon served his country in the United States Navy and later worked in Construction for Unique Walls and Ceiling’s in Wellsburg, WV.
