Vickie Lynn Cox, age 62 of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born June 24, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Charles and Lucille (Hollon) Blackford. Vickie worked for 28 years at Gough Lamb Cleaners.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ray Cox; a daughter, Gina (George) Jordan; son, John Cox; grandsons, Robby and Ryan Jordan; three sisters, Kim (John) Hawthorn, Sonya Blackford, and Angie Blackford; four brothers, Rick, Jamie (Barb), Mark and Kevin Blackford; her mother, Lucille Blackford; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Joyce Trent. She was preceded in death by her father; and brothers, Charlie and Jack Blackford. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday at Miami Cemetery, Corwin, Ohio.
