Obituary of Vickie Waugh Mrs. Vickie J. Waugh, 68, of 3515 State Hwy 8, Titusville, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 8:50 PM after an extended illness. Vickie was born on January 10, 1950 in Freemont, OH to the late Ivan P. and Lorretta J. Cummings Keegan. She married James S. Waugh on January 30, 1971 in Freemont, OH.

She was a graduate of Freemont High School in Ohio, class of 1968. Vickie worked for over 20 years for the H.J. Heinz Company. She was a member of the Resurrection Baptist Church in Titusville and the Cherrytree Vol.

Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Vickie enjoyed gardening, working with her flowers, reading her Bible, and being with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Jim of Titusville; three sons, James Waugh, Jr. and wife Tamara of Pemberville, OH, Jonathan Waugh and wife Christina of Clyde, OH, and Jeremy Waugh and wife Katie of Clyde, OH; six grandchildren, Ashley Moyer and husband Dan of Bellevue, OH, Millie Waugh of Clyde, OH, Desiree Markins of Sandusky, OH, T.J., Emma, and Owen Waugh of Clyde, OH; three great grandchildren, Ian, Noah, and Jessup Moyer of Bellevue, OH, and Niyana Markins of Sandusky, OH; one brother Barry Keegan of Clyde, OH; and one sister Ivy Sampsel and husband Chuck of Bellevue, OH. Vickie was preceded in death by a brother Brian Keegan. Family and friends may attend a graveside service at Fairview Cemetery, Cherrytree Twp.

On Friday, December 14, 2018 at 1 PM with Drew Hogan, officiating Memorial contributions can be made to the Resurrection Baptist Church 3515 State Hwy 8 Titusville, PA 16354.
