Obituary of Andrew Sculimbrene Andrew “Andy” Sculimbrene, 46 of Pleasantville passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at his home. Andy was born on September 15, 1972, in Pittsburgh to Sarah Engel Sculimbrene of Bethel Park and the late Frank Anthony Sculimbrene. He married Renee DeMetro on September 26, 1998, in Indiana, Pa.

He was a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School and attended IUP. Andy was currently employed as a salesman with Route 8 Auto Sales in Oil City. He loved the outdoors, camping, fly fishing, ice fishing, riding 4-wheelers with Shaffer and make a stop at the Lake’s for a beverage or to watch a sporting event.

Andy also enjoyed reading and golfing. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan. He especially loved being with his loving wife of 20 years, watching his son Roman’s sporting events, eating good food and watching movies with his daughter Riley.

Andy is survived by his wife, Renee of Pleasantville; his children, Riley and Roman; a sister, Paula Sculimbrene and husband Andy Keddie of Venetia; his father and mother-in-law, Larry and Nora DeMetro; a brother-in-law, Bud DeMetro and companion Amanda; sisters-in-law, Mona Mion and husband David, Nicole Floyd and husband Michael; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St., Titusville, PA 16354 on Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM with a funeral service to follow conducted by Rev. Mark Rusnak with Aseracare Hospice in Erie, officiating.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville. Andy was a kind, fun-loving guy whose passing will affect everyone he knew. If you would like to leave a contribution or condolence to the family go to garrettfuneralhomeinc.com.
