Victor was born May 23, 1953, in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to Victor Turner, Sr. and Rose Turner and raised in Haltom City, Texas Survivors: Wife, Geraldine (Kinnamon) Turner; children, Victor Turner III, and wife, Misty, Jeff Turner and Elizabeth Turner; stepdaughter, Stacy Pruitt and husband, Tyler; grandchildren, Maliki Pope, Dalton Kerns, Abbygail Turner, Keanna Turner, Isaac Turner and Victoria Turner; sisters, Cindy Lindemann and husband, Clark and Beverly Bishop and husband, Gary; and brothers, Jonathan “David” Turner and wife, Pam and John Turner.
