Viola Stevens, 83 of Beecher passed away October 7, 2018 in Homewood, IL. Viola was born on October 18, 1934 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Elmer and Florence Gauger. She is survived by her son Carl Stevens of Schererville, IN, her daughters Shelby (Gregg) Dulleck of Beecher, IL, Kathy Stevens of West Virginia and her siblings Elmer Gauger of Arizona, Jackie McDonald of Indianapolis and Cathy Davidson of Appleton, WI.

Viola is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, gardening and had a great work ethic. Visitation will be held Friday October 12, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at Hack-Jensen Funeral Home in Beecher.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday October 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. also at Hack-Jensen Funeral Home. Rev. Tom Ewing will officiate.

Burial will be held at Oakland Memory Lanes in Dolton, IL.
