Virgie’s Obituary Virgie Frazier Services for Virgie Mary Frazier, 65, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Chickasaw Nation Community Center in Ada, Rev. Hazel Wallace will officiate. Burial will follow at Kilcrease Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home. Mrs. Frazier passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born July 4, 1953 at Francis to Houston and Martha Punluste Stick.

She attended Francis and Allen Schools. She married Joe Frazier. He preceded her in death September 1999.

Mrs. Frazier retired as a cook and housekeeper after many years of service with the Chickasaw Nation. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include two sons, Joe Frazier, Jr. and Ronald Frazier and wife Vanessa, both of Ada; two daughters, Lisa Frazier and Sharee Frazier, both of Ada; a sister, Velma Frazier of Allen; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; grandson, Garrett Drapeau; three sisters, Martha Hawkins, Barbara Carpenter and Semmie Stick; and two brothers, Bill Stick and Houston Stick, Jr. Bearers will be Gabriel Frazier, George Frazier, Mark Frazier, Daniel Frazier, Jefferson McDonald and Chris Vann. Honorary bearers will be Johuny Wilson, Terry Stick, William Stick, Zane Frazier, Marcus Frazier, Jeremy Drapeau, Lonnie Drapeau and Kevin Carpenter.
