Rayford’s Obituary Rayford Stepp No services are planned at this time for Rayford Eugene Stepp, 72, of Ada. Mr. Stepp passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at his home. He was born July 9, 1946 at Jennie, Arkansas to Jack Eugene and Katherine Laverne Whittington Stepp.

Mr. Stepp was a self-employed carpenter and he had served in the U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Vicki Stepp, Ada; son, Clinton Stepp and wife Amy, Ada; daughter, Rayna Shanafelt and husband Greg, Ada; three grandchildren, Cheyanne Jacobs, Mason Stepp and Zack Shanafelt; an adopted daughter, Miranda Frazer and husband Michael, Sulphur and her children, Logan Frazer, Michael Frazer, Jr., Colten Frazer and Brayden Frazer. He was preceded in death by his parents.
