Virginia Guynn 101, a lifelong resident of Edinburg, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019. She was born March 10, 1918 in Edinburg to Nelson and Edith Marie (Rhodes) Guynn. Virginia worked as a shell maker for the Ravenna Arsenal, a Rosie the Riveter for Taylor Craft and as a factory worker for Paeco Rubber.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Edna Barber, Evelyn Cope, Winona Williard, Genevieve Guynn, John Guynn, Donald Guynn and Clair Guynn. Survivors include many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Cremation has taken place.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Edinburg Cemetery Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
