Virginia “Jenny” Riggin, age 77 of Groveport passed away on January 6, 2019. Preceded in death by husband, Dale Riggin; mother, Loretta (Roeder) Jordan; parents, Leo and Maria Jordan; step-daughter, Beth Riggin. Survived by step-children, Dale Riggin, and Rebecca Slater; step-grandchildren, Samantha Riggin and Issac Slater; close friend, Patricia Johnson and Jenny’s beloved dog, Bandit.
