Virginia P. Heery (nee Pratash), “Ginny”, 87, of Franklin Twp. , passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at her residence. Ginny was a lifelong resident of Franklinville.

Ginny retired from Owens-Illinois/Kimble Glass with 42 years of service. She enjoyed gardening and took much pride in caring for her wide array of flowers. She loved camping and traveling with her family; her family was her most important part of her life.

She also enjoyed spending time riding motorcycle with her husband and family all the way up until age 75. Over the years Ginny was known as the family seamstress, she could fix or make anything! In her earlier years, she spent several years working with the youth in the 4H Club.

Beloved wife of the late Michael A. Heery, Jr. Devoted mother of Shirley-Ann (Vincent) Doyle, Charles (Barbara) Heery, Fred (Cindy) Heery, Helene (Amos) Pennington, Micki-Lynn (James) Mellor and the late Walter Heery. Dear sister of Rosalie Burris, the late Charles Pratash, the late Sarah Keuken and the late Frances Milligan. Loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, May 16th from 7:00 – 9:00 PM and Friday, May 17th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 S. Main St., Williamstown. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment Janvier Cemetery, Franklin Twp.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Janvier, 1775 Stanton Ave. , Franklinville, NJ 08322. Condolences and memories may be shared online @ www.
