Obituary of Virginia Beard Virginia Frances Beard passed away at her home in Goldendale on January 20, 2019 at the age of 67. She was born to Adelene Ann (Eikmeyer) and James Francis Gilmore in Mount Shasta, California on August 15, 1951. Virginia married Jerry Ben Beard in Yuma, Arizona on December 31, 1971.

She enjoyed painting, sewing and crafting. Mrs. Beard is survived by her siblings Martha and Wayne Matthews and Frank and Arlinda Gilmore; children SCPO U.S. Navy Ret. Michael and Hitomi Beard, SFC U.S. Army Ret.

Steven and Janice Beard, Sarah and Joseph Sanchez, Jennifer and Jordan Mills and Timothy James Beard; grandchildren Robert and Michelle Beard, Jessica and Kevin Ward, Heather, Stefany and Nathanial McIntire, Judeah Jeremy, Christopher and his wife Cheyenne Ballesteros; and four great great grandchildren.
