Scott was born September 19, 1963 in Orlando, Florida to his loving mother Dodie Riggs. Scott is survived by his sweet wife Sylvie Brumbaugh; his children; Adrian, Angelique, and Sebastian; Brothers; Chuck (Nancy) Brumbaugh and Mickie Riggs; Sister; Penny (Dwayne) Cochran; Nieces; Heather (Bruce), Amber (Jose), Amy (Gerald), Nephews; Trey (Kaile), Richard (Rachel), Michael and Charles (Morgan).

He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and countless friends. Scott had a great love for his family and will be missed by everyone. Services will be determined by Scott’s family at a later date.
