OBITUARY Walter W. “Bill” Million September 4, 1926 – November 3, 2018 Walter W. “Bill” Million, age 92, of Lanesville, Indiana passed away November 3, 2018 surrounded by family. He was born in Danville, Kentucky on September 4, 1926. He was preceded in death by his five brothers, Ben, Paul, Warren, James and Ronald Million.

Bill was retired from E. I. DuPont. He was formerly a member of Lanesville Christian Church and St. Mark’s Christian Church. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II, enlisting shortly after his 17th birthday.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Sue F. Million; four children, Bruce Million (Debbie), Sherry Walts (Dennis), Debbie McCulloch (Wes), Becky Hays (Gerry); grandchildren, Susan Russell, Leia Hays, Cheryl Seawright, Amy Ferriell, Erick Walts, Donnie Diley, Shannon Million, Samantha Million; and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday and 10:00 am until 12:00 pm Saturday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His funeral service will be 12:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
