Heaven gained a Beautiful, Strong woman and my sister and I’s Best Friend. Wanda Jean Germann, 73, of Liberal passed on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at Good Samaritan Center in Liberal, Kansas Wanda was born on October 15, 1945 in Adam’s Oklahoma she was the daughter of Fred Lee & Venice Marie (Bartlow) Kammerzell Wanda was an LPN both here in Liberal, Kansas and in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Wanda was very Proud to be an LPN and being a nurse was one of her greatest accomplishments in her life, besides being a loving mother, best friend, grandma, great grandma and a sister.

Survivors include two Daughter’s: Patricia Owen of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Carol Julian of Liberal, Kansas; three grandkids: Jonathan Fosdick & wife Carmen of Westminster, Colorado, Kayla Navarro of Liberal, Kansas, Joseph Navarro & Wife Marcela of Liberal, Kansas; 8 great grandkids: Elijah Navarro-Garcia, Avah Herrera, Maliha Herrera, Xaadin Navarro-Lopez, Miya Navarro, Meya Navarro, Bentley Ray Fosdick, and Logan Ray Fosdick; one Special Sister Leona Louise Judd & Husband Roy Judd, and Special Niece Jeri Nelson of Eureka Spring Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant son Ricky Dean Julian, four sisters: Bertha Henson, Elnora Scantling, Bonnie Gordon and Charlene Clancy; two brothers: Royal Kammerzell and Jay Kammerzell. There will be no public viewing as cremation has taken place Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
