Wanda Lee Adams, 90, of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at her residence. Wanda was born on May 1, 1928 in Mattoon, the daughter of Lee and Hollis Tate Anderson. She married Corbert Adams on November 27, 1947 in Charleston; he preceded her in death September 10, 2008.

Wanda was an LPN and retired in 1986 after 18 years. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Kelly Adams; and brothers, Robert, Jim and Victor Anderson. She is survived by two sons, Tracy Adams and Riley (Lisa) Adams, both of Springfield; two grandchildren, Tricia Adams of Springfield and Nick Wainwright of Riverton; two great-granddaughters, Shelby Adams and Emma Wells; siblings, Jean Hudson, Joanne Glass and Phillip Anderson all of Charleston; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018 at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
