Wanda’s Obituary Wanda Sue Cline, age 74, of Harrogate, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at NHC Healthcare in Farragut, Tennessee. She was born December 5, 1944 in Harrogate, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Millard C. Harber and Edna Ruth Harber. She was a member of the Covenant United Methodist Church in Middlesboro, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Harber. She is survived by the following members of her family: Daughter, Alison (Charles) Manning; Brother, Jerry (Shirley) Harber; Grandson, Peyton Manning; all of Shawanee, Tennessee. Nieces, Amy Elizabeth Harber of Monroe, Michigan and Beth Howard of Middlesboro, Kentucky; special friends, Carabeth Ball Williamson; Jessica (Bryce) Garcia; Dallas Garcia; Hunter (Mercedes) Williamson; Teresa Fuson; Ashley Brock, Brandyn Ball, Van Ball and Jacob Tinnel.

And a host of other loving relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2019, at the Harrogate Cemetery in Harrogate, Tennessee. Rev.
