Obituary for Wanda Booze (Nicely) Wanda Nicely Russell Booze, age 75, of 927 Rose Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Saturday, September 29, 2018 at her residence. She was born October 11, 1942 in Alleghany County to the late Herman and Viola Hickman Nicely. She was raised by her grandmother, Mary Nicely.

Wanda worked as a mold press operator for Acadia Polymers, was a member of Central Advent Christian Church and an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. In addition to her parents, and her grandmother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Dallas “J. D” Booze Jr; a step son, Jerry Booze; and a brother, Harold “Slim” Nicely.

She is survived by three sons, Greg Booze and fiancé Terry Craft of Clifton Forge, who was her loving caregiver, Douglas Russell and wife Jan of Covington and Jacob Dallas Booze III of Iron Gate; two sisters, Charlotte West of Covington and Mavis Craft of Clifton Forge; four grandchildren Emily Booze, Jacob Booze, Kyleigh Booze and Stone Russell; and a number of nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. There will be no services scheduled at this time.
