Wayne Walter Elliott, age 74, of Donnellson IL, passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 4:30 a.m. at Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center, Greenville IL. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Donnellson Cemetery, Donnellson IL. Family and friends may gather at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home, Hillsboro, at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday to proceed to Donnellson Cemetery.

There will be no visitation. Mr. Elliott was born on June 16, 1944 at Hillsboro IL to the late Walter V. and Ellen Ruth (Andrews) Elliott. He was a veteran of the Navy and after his service he was a truck driver.

Wayne married Loretta Ann Daugherty on March 4, 1972 and she preceded on March 26, 2010. Survivors include one step-son, Richard Pokorney, Gillespie, IL; step-grandchild, Victoria Carter; one sister, Paula Elliott, Donnellson IL and one brother, Gary Elliott of Nevada. Preceding in death were a step-daughter, Tracy Carter and step-grandchild, Derick Pokorney.
