Will’s Obituary Will Larrick Owings Jr. BONNE TERRE — Will Owings, age 80, of Terre Du Lac, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Evelyn’s House in Creve Coeur, Missouri, surrounded by his loved ones. Will was born January 17, 1939, to the late Will Larrick and Mary Rachel (Keller) Owings. Will proudly served our country as a pilot in The United States Air Force with tours of duty in England, Turkey and Vietnam.

He retired after 20 years as a Lieutenant Colonel. Will and his wife shared the love for collecting antiques and operated an antique store in Lebanon, Illinois, from 1976 to 2005. Will was also an avid golfer and enjoyed golfing as part of the “Dollar-Dollar” guys.

In addition to his parents, Will was preceded in death by his wife, Therese (Winborne) Owings, and daughter, Audrey Diane Owings. Will is survived by his daughter, Kathryn Owings Lucas and husband Larry; son, John Owings and wife Stephanie; grandchildren, Paige and Daniel Lucas, Sydney, Emily, and Lauren Owings; siblings, Mary Lou Stallings, John Owings, Susan Chewning, all of Middletown, VA, David Owings of Martinsburg, WV, and Carol Sorokin of Winchester, VA; and many other family and friends. There will be a Celebration of life held at a later date under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
