Willa Hill, 87, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on April 24, 2018 at Ambler Extended Care. She was the loving wife of Earleston Hill for over 57 years. Willa was born in Union Point, GA on September 19, 1930 to the late Joe and Rozie L. (Hixon) Watts.

She was a security officer for Woolworth’s Department store for many years and also worked for the Philadelphia Naval Base as a Clerk. She also loved to cook and watch people enjoying it.

Along with her husband, she is survived by her two sons: Christopher Hill of Baltimore, MD, Rodney Hill of Philadelphia; a brother Tommy Watts; four sisters: Betty Turner of Washington, D.C., Lillian Perry, Pamela Wilson, Dorothy Ouisly all of Atlanta, GA. She was predeceased by her siblings Raymond, Ruth and Jean. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11 AM at St. Raymond of Penafort Church, 1350 Vernon Road, Philadelphia, PA 19150.

A viewing will be held on Friday evening from 6PM to 8PM at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 951 E. Butler Pike, Ambler, PA 19002. Another viewing will be held Saturday morning from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Church. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Willa may be made to Ambler Extended Care, Recreation Department, 32 S Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.
