Willene Woodall Adams, age 83 of Berea, KY; passed away Monday, May 14th, 2018 in Berea, KY. She was born on March 29th, 1935 in Crab Orchard, KY; a daughter of the late Willie Woodall and Lela Ross Woodall. Willene was a member of the Hickory Grove Pentecostal Church.

She enjoyed her family, gardening and canning. Those left to celebrate her life are: her children: Mickey Shaffer (Rita) of Mt. Vernon, KY, Roger Shaffer of Brodhead, KY, Kathy Bingham of Berea, KY and Deanna Michelle Adams of Berea, KY; her grandchildren: Robyn Taylor, Mikhael Shaffer, Kimberly Combs, Brittney Day, Ashley Shaffer and Eric Shaffer; she had 16 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; her brother: Bobby Woodall (Vivian) of Brodhead, KY; A special friend: Diane Moore; As well as a host of friends and neighbors.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Billy Joe Shafer; grandchild: Jason Thomas; three brothers: Marvin, James and Everett Woodall; two sisters: Mildred Castle and Jean Wilmott. Visitation for Willene Adams will be Wednesday, May 16th, 2018 for 6-9 P.M. at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals. Funeral Service for Willene Adams will be Thursday, May 17th, 2018 at 1 P.M. at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals Chapel with Bro.

Randal Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery.
