Obituary for William A. Costlow William A. Costlow, 87, of Columbus passed away on April 7, 2018. Born in Lockbourne, Oh to George Costlow and Florence Wishon. William was a proud Navy veteran, he worked for many years at Operating Engineers and retired from Central Ohio Contractors.

He is preceded in death by his parents, children, Gerald Costlow and Kathern Costlow; siblings, Betty Flowers, George Costlow Jr., Collene Turner, Shirley Meek and Norma Steele. Survived by daughter, Cynthia Gary-Costlow; Siblings, Geneva Crabtree, Hank Costlow and Barbara Parsons. The family will receive friends at HEART AND HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER 3030 W. BROAD ST.
