William (Bill) Bailey Jr., 86, of Monessen, passed away Tuesday October 2, 2018 in Monongahela Valley Hospital, He was born on April 19, 1932 in Lowber PA, the son of the late William Bailey and Marcella (Williams) Bailey. Bill was owner and president of Sky-Way Cleaning Co He was retired from the former Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.

Coke Plant in Monessen. He was a member of The Epiphany of our Lord Roman Catholic Church in Monessen. On June 5, 1952 he married Caroline (Zugaro) Bailey.

They celebrated 66 years of marriage together. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Denise (Dan) Weckoski of Monessen, daughter-in-law, Lisa (Vrable) Bailey of Monessen, a grandson, Brian (Sarah) Mason; five granddaughters, Kara (Matt) Land, Brooke (Chad) Ustazewski, Lauren (Dustin) Frankie, Rebecca Bailey, Blair and (fiancé Tony Pent)Bailey and great-grandchildren, Macie and Brian Mason, Danica and Mattee Land, Colton, Gemma and Will Ustazewski, Leah and Lainey Frankey and one sister, Bettie (Dave) Kubena of Cokeburg and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son William K. (Bill) Bailey, Three sisters Norma Jean Bailey, Marcella Johnson, and Dorothy Stancato and a brother Jerry Bailey.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue, Monessen. A Blessing service will begin at 9:00 am on Friday with a Funeral Mass following at 9:30 am in the Epiphany of our Lord Church 44 Pennsylvania Blvd. Monessen, with Rev.

Michael Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen. Condolences accepted for the family at www.
