OBITUARY William “Bill” Harold Ball II December 7, 1940 – October 7, 2018 High Point – William “Bill” Harold Ball II, 77, passed away on Sunday, October 7th, 2018. He was born on December 7th, 1940 to the late William Harold and Cleo Ball in Dubuque, IA. William was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and loyal friend to all he met.

William was a beloved member of Hickory Grove United Methodist Church. A honored Naval UDT Special Forces Veteran receiving 3 Purple Hearts. Bill was also a Mason for 50 years, was a member of the VFW, Marine Corps League and the AMVETS.

William is survived by his wife of 30 years, Judith Brown Ball; sisters Connie Adams and Bonnie Mac Cabe; children Mollie, William and Kathleen; grandchildren Cristina, Thomas, Joseph, Kayliegh and Jazmine; nephew Scott; and was also known as the “dogfather”. In lieu of flowers, donations in William’s name can be made to Hospice of the Piedmont. A Church & Community Service for Bill will be held on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018 at 2pm at Hickory Grove United Methodist Church of Greensboro; Rev.
