William “Bill” K Kobelka, 78, of Elyria, Passed away at his residence on May 10, 2019. He was born April 25, 1941 in Westlake. Bill was a lifelong resident of Lorain County.

Bill loved taking walks, admiring trains, and watching westerns, police, and military shows, more notably M.A.S.H. , and the Blues Brothers. He is survived by three sons, Steve (Brenda) and Joe Kobelka, both of Elyria and Ken Kobelka (Shawna) of Oberlin; six grandchildren, Maddie Monroe (Travis), Bryce Wood, Natalie, Izy, Nathan and Hunter Kobelka; two great-grandchildren; and by two brothers, Lawrence Kobelka of Elyria, and Ron Kobelka of Texas.

Bill was preceded in death by; his wife of 59 years, Ethelda “Sim” Kobelka; his parents, Lawrence and Alyce Kobelka; and by his brother, Robert “Bob” Kobelka. The family welcomes friends to join them on Thursday May 16, 2019 from 4 to 7pm with the service starting at 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd. , (at Stoney Ridge Rd.

), North Ridgeville. Pastor David Swartz will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
